Day 1-3: Johannesburg-Kruger
On arrival at Johannesburg International Airport you will be welcomed by one of our representatives who will hand over your travel documents and assist you with your flight to the Kruger area.
Adjacent to the Greater Kruger National Park lies 11,500 hectares of pristine African bushveld, which is the Thornybush Game Reserve. With an abundance of bird and mammal species including Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino (both the Black and White species) and Buffalo, as well as large herds of general game, it is also home to seven exclusive lodges.
Thornybush Game Reserve's exclusive Main Lodge with stylish air-conditioned suites and extensive living areas over looks the seasonal Monwana River. From within the suites, each with full en-suite facilities, outdoor shower and private decks, sweeping vistas can be enjoyed over the savannah and ever active water hole.
Luxury suites line the banks of the seasonal Monwana River ; all suites have spectacular views of the active water hole. Spaciously appointed, each glass fronted suite has mini bar fridge, telephones, in and outdoor showers, air conditioners and generous decks.
2 Nights at Thornybush Main Lodge on a full board basis including, teas, coffees, snacks, 2 game drives daily, drinks on game drives and optional walking safaris.
Day 3-6: Sabi Sand Game Reserve
After your morning game drive and breakfast you will be transferred by road to Simbambili Game Lodge.
Simbambili Game Lodge is a highly individual destination for the discerning traveller. Set in magnificent trees along the meandering Manyeleti River with views over extensive savannah grassland that teems with wildlife in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, part of the world renowned greater Kruger National Park.
Nestled inconspicuously among dense stands of Knobthorn and Jackalberry trees lie individually hand crafted suites sensitively designed to blend with the environment and carefully positioned to enhance privacy. Sophisticated yet simple, each suite has spectacular views whether from the unique en-suite bathrooms and salas or their individual private plunge pools.

Your ranger and tracker team will astound you with their ability to track big game, whether on foot or on an open vehicle safari. Fascinating insights will be conveyed into this extraordinary environment.
3 Nights at Simbabili (suite) on a full board basis including teas, coffees, local alcohol, housewine, local beer, mineral water and soft drinks, sundowner drinks on evening game drives, 2 game drives daily and optional walking safaris
Day 6: Kruger-Johannesburg
After your morning game drive and breakfast you will be transferred to Simbambili’s private airstrip for your light aircraft transfer to Johannesburg, where you will be met and transferred by road to your hotel in Sandton.
Here you will have time to enjoy shopping in Sandton Square, where the hotel is located, and a romantic dinner at any of the fine restaurants within Specials walking distance. Overnight at the Michelangelo Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 7-8: Johannesburg-Victoria Falls
This morning you will be transferred by to Johannesburg International Airport for your scheduled flight to Victoria Falls. One of our representatives will welcome you to Victoria Falls and transfer you to your hotel. This afternoon you will be taken on the Zambezi River for an idyllic sundowner cruise. During your time in Victoria Falls you will visit the Victoria Falls and of course beautiful walks and ethnic curio shopping.
2 Nights at the Victoria Falls Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis
Day 10: Victoria Falls-Johannesburg-Fly Home
Transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your scheduled flight back to Johannesburg. |
